1. All equipment hired remains property of Pure Tech Sound Systems at all times, this means we have the right to collect equipment at any time if we believe they are being missused in anyway.

2. Proof of identity will be required upon delivery of all orders, i.e. Passport or driving license.

3. All equipment being hired from Pure Tech Sound Systems is the hirer's responsibility, any damaged equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

4. If one of our engineers is not present, a competent person must be in charge of the equipment at all times.

5. Pure Tech Sound Systems may terminate the use of its equipment at any time if the safety of anyone is at risk.

6. Upon accepting any order, you accept that the equipment is in good working order
