With every enquiry you immediately receive a e-mail message from erento. Additionally, it is also possible to receive information quickly via SMS or fax.

All enquiries at a glance in the user account
For more information on the enquiry log into your personal erento account. There you will find all enquiries clearly arranged with start and return dates, in the detail view you will find the contact details of the interested party.

Making contact with the hirer
You contact the hirer and discuss any questions still open with him/her. You conclude the rental contract directly with the hirer.

Managing the rental enquiries
