Owl Barn Cottage has been converted from an original 18th Century Barn and has a wealth of original beams and oak throughout. The barn enjoys uninterrupted views of stunning countryside, woodland and the Black Mountains from all sides. Situated at the end of a long lane (which also leads to the owners farmhouse) there is no through traffic, only the occasional horse hacks past. There are a wide variety of footpaths across the rolling fields with woodland and a nature reserve within a 5 minute stroll. Offa‘s Dyke footpath is nearby and Hergest Ridge; for those who enjoy golf there is the highest course in England to challenge you at Kington only 8 miles away. Fishing permits can also be obtained locally in season. Hay-on-Wye is 6 miles with its books and antique shops.
