Darnley Cottage is a traditional early 18th Century old stone cottage, warm and comfortable with very nice pieces of furniture, it is situated in the small hamlet of Pencelli. There is an attractive and secure enclosed garden with flower beds, lawn, patio and a gate leading out to the car parking area. A lockable shed for safe storage of mountain bikes is available on request.
The Brecon and Monmouthshire canal is just a minutes walk away and across the road is the friendly Royal Oak village pub serving good food and real ales. This is an ideal base for being in the centre of the National Park, close to Brecon and with easy walking access straight onto the foot hills of the Beacons.
