The fresh water reservoir is of 20.000 l, the electricity of 12V is solar powered. Running water is installed in the toilet and in the kitchen, the shower is equipped with thermo-bags (these bags, if they are put in the sunny place, worm up the water in them to the comfortable temperature for a shower). In the kitchen is a gas refrigerator and a gas stove. Bed linen and dishware are prepared for you. There is a built fireplace inside, and a barbecue outside. Transfer from Tkon (Pasman) to the house is in the price, but you can also get to the house by your car.
