100m from the river Weser, lies this romantic half timber house "Blaue Villa" (from the 17th century). The holiday house (approx. 60m2) is located in the place Bodenwerder in the heart of the Weserbergland. The Weser cycling/hiking route starts directly from the holiday house. This is part of the most attractive and popular cycling/hiking routes. On both sides of the Weser are diverse castles and strongholds, which is admired due to their historic past(Weser renaissaince).

For the "kids" the summer toboggan slide is a true recommendation. Then there is Bodenwerder, which has a swimming pool and water recreation (rowing, canoeing, etc.) which is possible on the Weser river. In the surrounding are various manege’s and you can even discvoer the Weser landscape by horse. Have fun in Bodenwerder!
