Surrounded by with vineyards covered hills and enclosed by the famous Schwarzwaldhochstrass lies the health resort Bühlertal on a splendid location. Between the Rhine and the over a 1000 metre high situated Hochstrasse, the region offers a gorgeous varying landscape in where the hiker and the lover of nature will certainly feel right at home. Nice tracks such as the wine path, the waterfall walk and the panorama by-pass road will show you the most beautiful spots of the Bühlertal and offer you several views in the Rhine valley up to the Straatsburger Münster. The Breitmattstub is situated in the marvelous village part Obertal and offers accommodation on the first floor(DE-77830-09)and second floor (DE-77830-10) to two comfortable and cosily furnished properties. The house lies centrally in the village at the edge of the Breitmattpark and the children’s playground. A nice restaurant which is specialized in local dishes is situated in the basement (so you will not be disturbed). You can nicely enjoy the sun on the terrace in the summer time and occasionally follow one of the short hiking tracks through the village. But if you really want to go out, then trips to Freiburg (80 km.), Europe Park Rust (60 km.) or Colmar (90 km.) are recommendable.
