Blankenrath is only approx. 12 km of the town of Zell on the Mosel. You can walk and cycle here and enjoy a tasty meal or drink in one of the many restaurants or cafes. There is also a modern swimming pool in Zell, with indoors and outdoors pool, giant slide, solarium, sauna and sun beds. Other famous cities on the Mosel and historical wine towns like Trier (oldest city in Germany), Bernkastel-Kues, Traben-Trarbach, Beilstein, Cochem and Koblenz are definitely worth a visit. These places are within easy reach from Blankenrath. The numerous citadels, castles and monasteries also invite a visit and are in the direct proximity of the holiday home, e.g. Burg Arras, Marienburg, and the Cochemer Reichsburg.



Discover the Mosel by boat or during a beautiful cycling trip or walk. The numerous walking and cycling paths also give you the opportunity to discover the nearby Eifel and Hunsrück.
