The 4 km. further situated Schönecken with its outdoor swimming pool and large playground is appealing for the children, but other excursions are also amply available in the region. In order to that you can, if you are interested, visit the font museum in Losheim, the German-Belgium border market, the cities Prüm and Gerolstein or the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
