The small village of Drvalovice is situated east of the high plateaus of Bohemia and Moravia, about 35 km north of Brno. The hilly landscape is ideal for cycling (signposted paths only 50m from the house), but also hiking and several outdoor activities. Swimming in Sebetov (at 6 km) or in the reservoir of Letovice (at 11 km). Tennis courts in Letovice (at 8 km). Indoor swimming-pool, sauna, bowling, fitness in Boskovice (at 11 km). Golf in Korenov (at 15 km). Restaurant in Letovice (à 8 km) or in Boskovice (at 11 km), shops(at 100m).

Possible excursions : Arboretorium in Borotin, castle in Boskovice and Rajec-Jestrebi, fortresses of Svojanov, Pernstejn and Bouzov, the stone knights of Kunstat, Moravian Karst (the abyss of Machocha, the stalactite cave of Punkevni, Sloupsko-Sosuvske, Balcarka etc.).

The house includes 4 rooms(140m2) hosting 4 persons, at the centre of the village: dining-room (16 m2) with wood-stove and kitchenette corner. Combined shower-bathtub with lavatory - water reservoir of 120 l. Living-room (21 m2) with sitting-room corner, fireplace, TV and radio. From the living-room, you can access a steep stairway to the attic with 2 bedrooms.
