This hospitable holiday home (90 m²) is located at the edge of the village, in the foothills of the Bohemian Forest (Sumava). In the beautifully manicured garden you have a garden pool (6 x 4 x 1m) at your disposal. The owner lives in a separate section of the house. The location is ideal for relaxation, hiking, cycling, swimming and fishing as well as for the discovery of historical sites (many castles, fortresses, fortress ruins, Klatovy (tower, catacombs), Domazlice, etc.). In the Bohemian Forest you will discover the beautiful natural surroundings with many lakes, nature trails and also the primeval forest of Boubin.

Skiing is also possible and there are small ski lifts in Velhartice, Kocourov (6 km) or Hartmanice (20 km). There is a larger skiing area in Zelezna Ruda-Spicak (35 km). A local railway stops 40 m from the house.

Ground floor: 1 corridor, 1 open plan kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge freezer), 1 living/diningroom (double sofa bed, TV (satellite), fire place, radio, french doors), 1 bathroom (bath, sink, Toilet), 1 storage room (washing machine).



On 1st floor: 1 bedroom (3 x single bed), 1 bedroom (double bed, balcony, cot), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed, balcony), 1 WC.
