Villa Mladi Vozice is situated at the edge of the town Mladi Vozice, approx. 19 km. north-east of the historical city Tabor. You can visit many seeing sights in the environment, a.o. the Chynov caves, castle Lounovice, the Kamen and Choustnik fortresses, the beautiful capital Prague (80 km.), the city Tabor and many more.
The detached villa is located on a slightly sloping surface, near the forest and a lake. You will have a wide view at the landscape, hills, meadows and forests. Most of the facilities are within walking distance. The villa is nice and comfortable furnished. The ground floor consists of a garage/storage room and is not used. The villa lies on a large fenced parcel, on where at approx. 12 m. distance the owners house with dentist practice lies. You have access to a large part of the enormous garden with large terrace, pergola and garden furniture. You can also use the Jacuzzi in the garden house (approx. 50 m.), this is suited for 2 persons with heated water. Furthermore you will have your own parking space.
