In the middle of the province Steiermark, approx. 9 km. north of Neumarkt lies this unique holiday house. It is not really the house which is unique but actually the location. On an altitude of 1350 metres, far away from the inhabitant world (the first neighbours are to be found at 2 km.) with a great view at the south, this is thé spot to come to rest. In the middle of the meadows and the forests, directly in between the grazing cows, here you live directly in the nature. The simple property is situated on the ground floor in the detached house. The top section is occasionally used by the owner as an holiday address, but for the majority you are completely alone here. The house is simple but cosily furnished, especially the original stove oven in the living room is very atmospherically. Electricity is only present on one place in the house, the lighting is done with candles and gas lamps. You have one large bedrooms which is split into two bedrooms (by means of a wooden wall), both with a double bed. In front of the house is a nice terrace facing south with garden furniture, there is also a spacious fenced garden. The last 2 km. from the access road to your holiday house goes via a bumpy country road. Grocery shopping in Neumark 9 km., Restaurant 5 km., Badesee/ lake with swimming options 6 km.; Outdoor swimming pool 9 km.; 18-holes golf course 9 km.; Centre of Neumarkt 9 km. Al together an ideal holiday address for the seekers of rest who want to be in the middle of the nature and appreciate privacy!
