Your apartment is 57m2 with a terrace and enjoys wonderful Alpine views. A large garden in available to enjoy and relax in. There is also a sauna available. The house owners are happy to book restaurants, beauty or cure treatments, arrange ski-school, ski-hire, tours, collection from airport/ train station. If you wish you can enjoy fresh bread and other breakfast items delivered to the Villa each morning by the local bakery. The Salzburgerland card, Pongau bus/ rail ticket, and taster entrances to the Gasteiner Heilstollen healling center may be purchased at Villa Alpen Rose.



Villa Alpen Rose is situated one hour south of Salzburg and at the south side of Bad Hofgastein in a quiet and sunny location, with easy access to excellent shops and restaurants, ski-lifts, buses and trains. Those appartments are situated one hour south of Salzburg. The Gastein valley is an internationally renowned spa, ski, and cure resort. In Winter and Summer there are a range of treatments and cures offer to guests at the Gasteiner Heilstollen (healing caves) Centre.



For snow loving winter guests there are 200Km. of ski-runs, 50 Ski lifts and cable cars, 90Km. of cross country trails, 2 ski schools, 1 cross country school and one ice skating rink and toboggan run.
