The holiday home is situated near the well known Zeller See (lake) in Zell am See where you will find a diversified range of water sports possibilities. Whether you like water-ski, sailing, canoeing, surfing or rowing : everything is possible here ! Zell am See offers a lively shopping centre with many restaurants where you can sample the Austrian cuisine.



Besides the many water sport opportunities you can enjoy long mountain walks in summer or visit the capital of the Salzburgerland; Salzburg (85 km). The famous Großglockner and Krimmler Wasserfälle are also well worth a visit. There are also many cycling paths in the region where you can start your mountain biking adventure !



Maishofen is situated in an excellent ski area; Saalbach-Hinterglemm (200 km slopes), Europa Sportregion (130 km slopes) belong to the many options! Both ski areas offer brilliant apres-ski, numerous mountain restaurants and are suitable for beginners and experienced skiers alike. Both ski areas also have enough crèches for the little ones, snowboard and ski opportunities. This region belongs to the top destinations in Austria !
