There is a communal sauna (extra payable) and washing facilities in the chalet. There is a ski bus stop at 200 m, which brings you to Maria Alm in a few minutes. Here you have direct access to the fabulous ski area Hochkönigs Winterreich, part of the general ski area Ski Amadé (ca 860 km pistes).



The location between Leogang (12 km), Maria Alm (3 km) and Zell am See (25 km) is ideal for winter and summer holidays. The ski areas Hochkönigs Winterreich (3 km), Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang (12 km) and the Europa Sportregion (25 km) are all accessible in a short time.
