The apartment (ca. 100 m2) is ideally located for a relaxed holiday, and still near enough the lively metropolis Vienna. The house is situated on the outskirts of the city and the edge of the woody "Wienerwald" area.



You will get to the famous Stephansdom, in the centre of Vienna, in approx. 30 minutes with the tramway. And if you are sporty, there are facilities too. A mountain bike route runs past the holiday house and there are pretty walking paths in the area. The public swimming pool is 5 minutes away and the lake in Tullnerfeld is 30 minutes away.



There are free parking spaces in front of the house and you can park your bikes in a shed. You can enjoy Vienna and its surroundings all the year round here!



The apartment is not suited for families with small children.
