Holiday house Schwarzenbacher is located in Gastschach am Weißensee. It is a house full of personal charm and the host will welcome you warmly. The holiday house is divided into several apartments, all of 80m2, covering 4 floors. The "Ferienhaus Schwarzenbacher" is provided with a private pavilion at the lake, children's games and bicycles, and is set directly at the Weißensee. Thanks to its diverse landscapes and its natural beauty, the region around the Weißensee is a true holiday paradise. On a surface of 76km2, a magnificent natural area stretches out, with the fjord-like lake in the middle, with water so clear, you can drink it!.


In winter, the Weißensee is the largest skating-surface in Central-Europe! Many annual feasts are held there and competitions on ice are organized. Skating races, ice-hockey...the Weißensee offers all the winterish fun one could imagine! The lake is known for its alternative Eleven City Race, great Dutch tradition. There are also many beautiful cross-country slopes around the lake, with 13 different tracks. For ski-lovers, a stay in Gastschach is ideal. The ski-area of Naggler-Alm is great for families with children. It is a small-scale resort, very pleasant for those who want to avoid packed slopes. And the warm after-ski atmosphere has preceded Carinthia also ....


In summer, the Ferienhaus Schwarzenbacher is a delicious departure point for hikes and climbing. From the mountains of Carinthia, one can also easily reach the Italian Dolomites.
