Allgemeine Mietbedingungen:

1. Wir vermieten ausschließlich zu unseren Mietbedingungen für Baumaschinen und Geräte.

2. Sämtliche Preise gelten für einen 8-Stunden-Arbeitstag.

3. Die Frachtkosten für Hin- und Rücktransport werden gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.

4. Die Mietzeit beginnt mit dem Tag der Auslieferung und endet am Tag der Rücklieferung.

5. Der Wochenmietpreis gilt ab 5 Tage, der Monatsmietpreis ab 22 Tage.

6. Die Mietpreise enthalten Fullservice, ausgenommen sind Sondermaschinen.

7. Treibstoff, Fahrer und tägliche Wartung stellt der Mieter. Die Maschinen werden vollgetankt ausgeliefert. Bei Rücklieferung wird die festgestellte Fehlmenge berechnet.

8. Endreinigungskosten werden nach Aufwand inkl. Entsorgung berechnet.

9. Die Mietpreise sind Nettopreise ohne Mehrwertsteuer.

10. Die Maschinenbruchversicherung ist Pflicht.

11. Der Mieter haftet für die rechzeitige Rückgabe des unbeschädigten Gerätes.

12. Der Ausfall des Betriebsstundenzählers ist dem Vermieter unverzüglich anzuzeigen.

13. Die Miete ist im Voraus zahlbar und nicht skontierfähig.
